1. How long does it take to receive an order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes 6-8 business days within the United States.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders shipped within the United States are delivered with no shipping charge. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you and issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

5. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is received before the order enters processing. Contact support@brivley.com immediately after placing your order with your order number and cancellation request.

Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging and tags.

Return shipping costs:
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- For returns due to personal preference (size, fit, color, change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We do not charge restocking fees on any approved returns.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

8. Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

Brivley does not offer extended product warranties or guarantees beyond the 30-day return window described in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Brivley currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

11. Do you have a physical store location?

No. Brivley operates exclusively online and does not maintain a physical retail location. All orders are placed through our website and shipped directly to customers.

12. Are bulk or large-quantity orders available?

Bulk order requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer support team at support@brivley.com with details about your bulk order needs, and we will provide information on availability and pricing.

13. How do exchanges work?

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact our support team at support@brivley.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
