Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.


Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original packaging, tags, and included materials must be present. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing components may not be accepted for return.


Restocking Fees

Brivley does not charge restocking fees on any approved returns.


Return Shipping Costs


For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Original shipping charges will be refunded in these cases.


For Returns Due to Personal Preference:

If you are returning an item due to size, fit, color preference, or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference-based returns.


How to Initiate a Return


To start a return:

1. Contact our support team at support@brivley.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email

3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back

4. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and materials

5. Ship the return using the method specified in your return authorization email


Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Refund Processing Timeline


Once we receive your returned item:

1. We inspect the item to verify it meets our return condition requirements

2. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

4. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account


Returns That Do Not Meet Requirements

Items that do not meet our condition requirements (used, damaged, missing packaging or tags) will not be accepted for refund and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.


Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact our support team at support@brivley.com. We will coordinate the exchange based on current inventory availability.

All items sold on Brivley are eligible for return within the 30 day return window, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
